I’ve lived here since 2019 In the past year I’ve had more issues than not. Pests, moisture, EXTREMELY poor air conditioning and maintenance. Drug use is pretty high, I have seen one overdose this year.

If you can afford it, pay a little more to live somewhere else. This building is raggedy and falling apart. They have roaches everywhere and you can’t get rid of them. They constantly have issues with the water and have to shut it off for repairs… this happens at least once a week. They have an issue with leaks. Horrible building. Please stay away if you want to sleep at nights
My apartment and the whole building is infested with cockroaches and they are everywhere coming from underneath doors and from behind stove and Fridge
