I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Helm so far. The building is always clean and the units are built well. My few interactions with staff have always been positive, and I only say few because I have not had issues to speak to them about.

Helm has been a great place to live in so far. The sound insulation at this place is extremely good. The views of the lake stunning. The apartment gets abundant amount of natural light. This was the first time we were handed over an apartment that was extremely clean.

Helm is a very quite community with less than 100 total units. There is never a rush for elevators. The shared amenities are always near and clean. It is located in a very safe area with access to highway in minutes.
