May 3, 2023Terrible maintenance, mold in apartments, front office never answers the phone and not helpful, community laundry that is not secure so people take your clothes, they tow your guests who visit, the list goes on. Far too many problems
December 23, 2022The plumbing is bad here. Toilets are always backing up. Kitchen sink often clogs and will even send decomposing garbage back up into my kitchen sink. Yuck! The electrical is substandard. And 3 different types of roaches here. For more than 6 months, they were down to one maintenance man. That’s right, 1 man to work on & repair everything! Don’t Answer phone ever/ owner came never sent anyone to fix
February 28, 2022Not only will they never answer or return your calls- they will give you so much attitude when seeking information to send to the assistance center that is trying help pay the rent. The owner can over 4 months ago twice to see all the things that needed to be fixed and since has never sent anyone to fix anything- the roaches are the worst from people who move out that live near my apartment.
