Apartment model is was different then the apartment you get. When we moved in here, they had to change us 2 different times because the apartment were so disgusting. We ended up having to pay extra monthly for a different apartment, even though it wasn’t our fault! Once we got in the apartment it was such a nasty place, EVERYTHING was dirty. Charges just keep going up more and more each month(sewer almost hit $100…like how
Water almost $100. Trash is charged expires, but there is always outside people dumping in here.
Maintenance takes forever to respond to request (including my worries of possible mold) I’ve reached out to the office via the resident portal about prof for my towed car not having proper sticker(even though I was never informed of any change till after the car was towed) there is just so much. My rent is paid on time monthly, and for what we pay for such a small nasty place you would think they would at least be more on top of making the residents comfortable. Washer and dryer are ruining my clothes, but they don’t want to give me a new one. Just save yourself the headache
