THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!
October 19, 2017Terrible service on the part of the administration. I was living for two years on Hercules Trail without any problems. But when there are problems Reid who is the manager is useless. My dog ?was attacked by dog ?pitbull mastiff from the side apartment, which supposedly the owner of the dog or dog were not allowed to be there was what I informed staff of the office. However, they were the owner and the dog for two months. I had to pay the vet's expenses of $ 500 for the dog owner's aggressor was ..."disappeared with his dog" and Reid never did anything about it. When this happened Reid was on vacation for a week and no one in the office was left in charge of his post. I had to insist on calls and emails the following week to get an answer to my complaint. In response I received your refusal to the responsibility of having an unauthorized breed dog in the apartment complex. This dog could have more time and management or aware of how many people or pets live in the apartments. If you are going to rent here be careful with your pets or small children.Property Manager Responded
November 3, 2017We are sorry that you had such an experience with your pet. We do not allow aggressive breeds, nor was any resident allowed to do so. We also do not allow visiting pets, but this can be hard to control, if we do not know about it. In this case, the other party also filed a complaint with the police that they were bit, as well by your dog. It becomes a he/said she/said sort of event. We recommend that you follow up with the police, as it has become a civil matter between two parties.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!!!
October 29, 2014I have lived here for 8 months. They didn't salt the walkway for the first 2 months and I had to walk through the snow piles over the grass which was COVERED in dog feces. I have had problems with the dishwasher, closet door, screen door, and kitchen drawers. Maintenance takes a while to show up but he does his job well. Apartment looks nice but is cheap and prone to problems. Reed and the office staff are EXTREMELY RUDE and unhelpful!!Review from Apartments.com
