Terrible service on the part of the administration. I was living for two years on Hercules Trail without any problems. But when there are problems Reid who is the manager is useless. We are sorry that you had such an experience with your pet. We do not allow aggressive breeds, nor was any resident allowed to do so. We also do not allow visiting pets, but this can be hard to control, if we do not know about it. In this case, the other party also filed a complaint with the police that they were bit, as well by your dog. It becomes a he/said she/said sort of event. We recommend that you follow up with the police, as it has become a civil matter between two parties.
