Wow - new owner (2018) has done a great job improving the property. You don’t find a property at this price with so much open space anywhere else in Denton. Great for people with pets, kids, or people who like a little more space than the typical apartment setting.

This place has been the worst I have ever lived. I have never been late on rent . The office does not take care of the property at all and let people move in to a one bedroom with 4 or more kids and other roommates. We have cops here constantly.

I really enjoy the time here. The Faculty is friendly and nice. The maintenance is good. All the request would be finished fast. The price is pretty reasonable.
