This is a very nice property. Maintained and the management
and maintenance do a great job. The people are friendly and make you feel welcome. They have a lot of functions if you are interested in joining. I would recommend Heritage.

The Heritage manager and maintenance individuals are very professional persons...they communicate well with the 55 plus residents that reside here ( Most residents are in their 80's .... really no one in their 50's or 60's ) The onsite staff are ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond what is required of them. The onsite manager makes sure that the building is well maintained. Rogers is a good community ( theaters, restaurants, and shopping - even the library and post office are conveniently ...
located ) .... We do have a SERIOUS Problem with regards to "BULLIES" "GOSSIP" ( words that hurt ) and negative behaviors and WORDS being inflicted on one another....A "Mediation" company was referred here by a resident .... by the Attorney General's Office..... to come in and provide an informative forum on Apartment Living versus Single Home Living and also address Diversity, Acceptance - Gossiping, and " MOBBING " .... However the management Company declined having them here....Very Unfortunate ....thus the behaviors continue ....Dog poo was a MAJOR problem here from 1-1-16 to early March.....a resident had been told by a HP Employee that she could leave her dog poo out back for 5 months until Spring...My windows somewhat overlook this area....the smell would have been horrific...I cannot understand this since this would be a City Health Code Violation....The dog POOPRINT DNA Program was implemented in early March so hopefully this will hold the pet owners accountable and they / we will adhere to the Roger's City ordinances....The management "CHALLENGES" Dr's requests for " Reasonable Accommodations ' per the " LAW " and the Fair Housing ACT ...Very disheartened...I do not want any prospective tenants to be " blindsided" as I was ..... Thank You
