October 6, 2025Honestly, I was really excited to move into this apartment complex. It looked amazing. Prices were great however, the process was absolutely atrocious. We didn’t get our welcome letter until the day before we moved in. We couldn’t get the unit we wanted because it wouldn’t be ready by the time we wanted to move in, which is completely fine, but we never got that updated Welcome letter and we didn’t know what we were gonna have to pay on our move-in day until the day before. There was no ...communication whatsoever. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever been through with not knowing ANYTHING. I’m just glad it’s over with and that we are finally moved in. Other than that bad experience, the apartment is great, other attendants at every nice and they keep it very clean inside and out.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2025I moved here in the beginning of August and what a great place to live apartments are spacious and very cool in the summer. Too big swimming pools to use nice playground for the kids. We have a nice gym and a community room. The building is quiet and clean. I can sleep without headphones. They have a community rewards program. You can sign up for in the contest coming up for Halloween and I’m sure they have other things that will be coming up due to the holidays soon upon us. The office staff is ...great always there to help when you need them. I’ve never had any problems with anything that I needed. Can’t say enough nice things about the place. I love it here. Ignore the negative reviews. They were just disgruntled people come on down and check us out.Property Manager Responded
