They didn't get more stars because sometimes they are slow on the reaction of the work orders that haven't given out. I'll go. February 17, 2026Clean and safe Massive upgrade from the hole I used to live in. Floors are clean, neighbors are friendly. Pet friendly and with accommodations for dogs outside such as dog parks.Property Manager Responded

February 16, 2026Terrible!!! Maintenance does not know how to follow up. Been living here since the summer and a handful of maintenance request have still not been taken care of. Piles of dog poop everywhere because people have no respect for others to pick it up. Parking sucks!! Entrance doors can be very hard to open. Laundry room is gross!! Roaches are an issue.
