April 14, 2026Packages get taken even though you have to sign in with a code to get into the package room. They don't put down salt consistently, so I took a hard fall this winter in the parking lot. Towing people who don't belong in the parking lot does not happen as often as it should.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2026Very respectful maintenance workers and any issue that arises with the apartment is dealt with quickly. The one downside is the community washer and dryers tend to ruin clothes. My clothes have been burned by the dryer multiple times on the low heat setting.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2026Plowing is not timely. Cars do not move off of streets so its crowded. Lots of potholes. Some places smell a lot like weed. Prefer my place did not smell like weed now that I can have my windows open.Property Manager Responded
