Touring Process 4.5 stars
July 26, 2025The tour of the property was great. I would have given 5 stars if we could have seen our unit, but things do happen to where you cannot see a unit with your same floor plan. So, it's totally fine. Aside from that, Sophia was very personable, accommodating, and professional. It was like a family member was going us a tour. She accommodated us by showing us a single bedroom, so we could get a sense of what a two bedroom would look like. The unit she should was very well decorated and smelled ...pleasant. She even recalled an older video of the unit being filmed that she should us which was the icing on the cake. Lastly, she has been very speedy in the application process which is highly appreciated.Property Manager Responded

DONT MOVE HERE
June 20, 2025Absolutely do not recommend. Living here was one of the worst experiences of my life. When I moved in, the apartment was already in horrible condition. There were roaches inside the oven, and it took weeks for it to be replaced. The refrigerator didn’t work either—its temperature gauge was broken, so I couldn’t store groceries without them spoiling. I went weeks without a working fridge and had to repeatedly ask for a replacement. When they finally replaced it, they gave me an old, beat-up unit ...and told me not to bother requesting a new one, as if I was being unreasonable for expecting basic, working appliances. In reality, everything was broken and roach-infested from day one. The roach problem never went away despite repeated complaints. Flies were everywhere. All three elevators were frequently broken, and at one point, all of them were down for several months, forcing tenants to hike up steep stairs every day. The elevators and hallways often smelled like urine and were littered with dog messes. Management is completely unhelpful and defensive. If you bring up issues, they argue with you and claim they’re “trying”—which is a joke. Nearly every tenant I met had the same complaints. Save yourself the stress and money. Loved living here
June 23, 2024Lived here for two years. The location was perfect for me as it was close to work, HEB is around the corner, and right in front of Hermann Park! Maintenance was quick with my requests, leasing office was very responsive to any emails, and the complex itself was pretty quiet. I wish the appliances were more up to date tho, that’s the only somewhat negative thing I have about this place. My washer and dryer was the stacked one and so old! My stove top was also an older one. one month left here and ...it doesn’t even work anymore. other than that, this place is great!Property Manager Responded

Management & Front-Desk Staff
May 24, 2023I've found that the management and front-desk staff do a below-average job. They were very rude to me when I was asking for my updated lease agreement (which by contract was required within 60 days of the lease ending). It was within 14 days of the required notice date and they acted that I was asking a lot by requesting an updated lease at that time.Property Manager Responded
