I've lived here 2 years now and just signed on for a third. The building is well managed by a management company that is responsive but not overbearing. The neighbors are a dream (either that or the building is VERY well sound proofed). Add to that the fact that it's just steps away from the Clark bus AND all that Andersonville has to offer at a price WELL below market average for the area, and you get an apartment that I plan to stay in for a long long time. But don't worry, there are lots of ...
