July 23, 2024The property manager is a rude narcissist who wants to control everything that’s going on. There are residents who spy and report everything, making it feel like you’re constantly being watched. The manager is very unprofessional and will drive you crazy with constant demands and invasive behavior. The apartments themselves are outdated and old, with maintenance issues that are often ignored or poorly addressed. The overall living experience is stressful and unpleasant. Small and cosy
October 23, 2020So gratifying to find a place that is well managed, secure and central. I've lived in pretty apts that have all the amenities you could long for, but the drawbacks were noisy neighbours, break ins, car theft and the list goes on! The property manager Ruth not only does an amazing job, she has the biggest heart and even stocks a food pantry for residents who may be in temporary need.
