Ive been living here for almost a decade now and it is an honorable thing. The landlord showed compassion to me and accepted me when no one else would. She does a wonderful job and keeping this place safe. The apartments are clean and every time i need something done, it’s done RIGHT away. I want to really thank the landlord for her hard work and appreciation.

The property manager is a rude narcissist who wants to control everything that’s going on. There are residents who spy and report everything, making it feel like you’re constantly being watched. The manager is very unprofessional and will drive you crazy with constant demands and invasive behavior. I have lived at Hermitage Apartments for 10 years. It is a great place to live. Neighbors look out for each other and management has always been friendly and quick to fix any problems. Drama is not welcome and not tolerated. It is a great place to live!

Landlord is extremely rude and unprofessional. She allows neighbors to smoke weed, does nothing about termites and water damage everywhere. She only knows how to blame the tenant, rather than offering a solution.

So gratifying to find a place that is well managed, secure and central. I've lived in pretty apts that have all the amenities you could long for, but the drawbacks were noisy neighbours, break ins, car theft and the list goes on! The property manager Ruth not only does an amazing job, she has the biggest heart and even stocks a food pantry for residents who may be in temporary need. Very happy here and so glad we can call this home.

I called and spoke to someone and she was very nice and kind. She answered my questions. She was understanding to my mothers needs and what she wanted. These apartments are keep really nice. Beautiful grounds.. I would send more people to these apartments.. It was a great experience.
