Awesome Redmond place to stay!!!
July 1, 2023I seldom do comprehensive reviews for anything, but I think the Heron is definitely worth my time to share my family’s very positive experience during our stay. My family of four were brand new to Washington in 2022 when we opted in secure a 2 bedroom in Heron. Tanya was the one who graciously showed us what the room would look like and the entire property along with its amenities. She was very welcoming and gave us a sense of comfort knowing we would have management that was responsive and kind. ...She would later continue her attentiveness in addressing any concerns we had. When we moved in our actual room on the 5th floor, it was very clean and looked brand new. New paint and deeply cleaned carpet. During our entire stay at the Heron, we greeted daily by the awesome team whenever we saw them. Lourdes and Brian helped maintained the entire building. Every day I constantly saw them not only keeping the place clean, but functioning. Brian I think literally maintained the entire building and made sure everything was working great. I think all and all, the communication and the accomodation provided by Tanya, Brian and Lourdes made the entire experience positive and memorable. It made us not wanna buy a home and just stay there forever because the Heron team made you feel at home. Whatever negative reviews that has been given in the past is now non-existent. Keep in mind that a pleasant view is not guaranteed since your window might look across at the other tower. September 29, 2021Heron flats and lofts has a new management and the staff seems rather inexperienced. Pros: 1. Great location - convenient access to shops and freeway (WA 520) 2. Well maintained, spacious units 3. Good amenities - lobby, break room, etc. 4. Well maintained and clean Cons: 1. Bad move in experience - key fobs were not ready even on the day of move. More surprises the day after. 2. Rather high security deposit and application fees 3. Parking nightmare - apartment has no parking available. Was ...never informed about limited parking and was told no parking available the day after moving in. 4. Very limited street parking - there are several new apartments nearby. 5. Very hard water - even the filtered water from refrigerator is not great. Tap water is undrinkable. I moved in a few weeks ago and I'm struggling to feel good about moving here. Heard from a couple of current residents who are having issues as well. The lease breaking fee is high, but I'm already considering it.Property Manager Responded

Parking, whether if garaged or outdoors, is extremely convenient and exercise, whether if in the gym, just outside, or along the long winding trails of Redmond are all at the end of ones choice. Love Living at The Heron!
May 20, 2018We moved in to our apartment in March this year and have been in love with the Heron community since then. The staff are always helpful and easy to talk with, the building is kept so clean and well maintained, anything we put a work order in for gets taken care of within about a day's time, and the apartment itself is amazing! We weren't even really looking to move when we did, but after touring and seeing that it ticked all the boxes on our must have lists, we were sold. Three months in and we ...couldn't be happier about the decision to move here. May 18, 2018My family loves living here. We are close to grocery stores, the farmers market, my gym, my wife’s yoga studio, and the elementary school my son will start in the fall. The best place in Redmond!
May 17, 2018We moved into The Heron Flats Lofts the first week that residents were able to and we have loved it ever since. Leith, Shannon, and Patty do such a great job of being personal, kind, and friendly whenever we see them in the offices or if they are giving a tour. A great leasing staff is truly what makes an apartment complex seem like a neighborhood. My husband and I have felt at home the day we moved in and we are so thankful for the people that made it happen! As well as, the amenities, the ...floor plans, and the cosmetic design is modern and everything we could have ever wanted.
