August 5, 2022If I could give this complex a 0 I would do just that. Do not waste your time renting here they will promise you a move in date just to call you days later to tell you your app was not approved. Not to mention there were 4 units that were available that were not clean, someone was occupying one because her air conditioner was being fixed, another one had mold, and the last one the electric was off because they were going through an eviction. My sister and I did everything that they told us. We ...were given a move in date the beginning of the week get a call mid week about one late fee we had 5 years ago!!! Back to the molded unit I honestly believe that had we not mentioned it they would have approved us. I still have not received my holding fee back. These apartments are over priced units are small. I am highly disappointed in how they handled us with lack of consideration. I do not recommend this place at all. I can see if I had more than one late fee then I would understand but 1 late fee and I was a week late not months or anything like that. This is Fresno not a high class city to be turning people down. Upgrade your units make sure there isn’t mold in them then maybe it’ll make sense! Bad apartment place
January 7, 2021This is the worst apartment building you can ever have. The first apartment I got had a pet hair all over the place, the garage stinks, the garage door was broken, and when I gave them permission to enter the apartment they left the door. The AC was not working as well, and the rent is higher than any other property in Fresno. Other than the fact that the staff are not professional at all!! So I moved for another apartment and they didn’t pay the moving cost. Also the apartment that they gave me ...had a water heater made in 1985 with so loud noise all night. When I asked them to come and fix it they just give excuses not to fix it. Don’t rent an apartment in heron pointe !!Property Manager Responded

July 27, 2020i lived in these apartments for 3 and a half years, they have very bad bug problems. the water ponds always smell very upsetting, service there is horrible, and the people in the front office are very rude.They take advantage of elders with hearing loss problems, and for the price your going to pay, you can get better quality and service for much less.Review from Apartments.com
