Horrible Experience Living Here
July 20, 2025The management here is unresponsive, dismissive, and try to blame tenants for apartment issues. There’s mold in the bathroom and there is a cockroach/mouse problem in the building. Packages get stolen constantly because there is no real security, just cameras that they will “review”. The apartment itself looks nice but that does not make up for the poor management and underlying issues that they will not address.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible Property Management
July 10, 2024During my time at Herringbone it was the biggest nightmare. The management team is unresponsive, the maintenance guys will come into the apartments without your permission, cars have gotten stolen, myself and others have been locked out of apartments because the keypads do not work. I could go on and on about how bad my experience was, please do yourself a favor and do not lease here!Property Manager Responded
