Most of the building have roach problem. People have moved out because of this. This office is always close. The manager are horrible in returning your call, email etc... Laundry and workout rooms have not been open for years. You put in for pest control and they use diluted substance. Most of the time they don't even come.

Along the price looks good, Amenities look good. This apartment is income restricted and won’t tell you until you come in to the leasing office. If you make more than 37K a year but less than 28K this isn’t worth putting in the application. Also you can’t even view a unit until you submit an application.

Terrible management services

The apartments itself are nice. But god forbid something breaks or stops working. If its up to management you will not have any working appliances. You will have to have to become handy mandy & do it yourself. Pool & gym closes at the convenience of management. They love to control how people live. But won’t help make it any better. Sadly i can’t give 0 stars

This is where you want to be! There is a long waitlist, so if you're planning to move in the next 3-6 months, call now and get on the waiting list at no cost and you will surely get a call ASAP! They have the most spacious and affordable apartments you can ever find! They are income restricted so just make sure you check the requirements. I'm advising everyone to move here! The apartments have nice vaulted ceilings that makes the space look extra fancy and wider. Water and trash is included! All ...

Fairly nice apartment complex. I tend to keep to myself so I really don't have any complains. Other than some parents not knowing how to control their children when they play outside but again that's not the complex's issue its the parents of those children's. Maintenance is very good. Had a leak in my kitchen and they were the after hours within 20 minutes. Actually renewing for next year. Super excited.

We love our apartment, with two bedrooms you cant go wrong wend you have a 4 month old boy. The rooms are huge, we have a crib and a separate bed in his room. The environment is safe lots of lighting at night time, I love the fact that we can take the baby for a walk and see everything ahead. The pool is nice for those hot days in Georgia, these apartments are great to start up and raise a family; is working for us.
