May 27, 2020This is the worst place I have ever lived. There are simultaneous cockroach, ant, and termite infestations. I killed 7 cockroaches in one day alone, despite wiping down the counters and cleaning multiple times a day. The termites and ants live in the walls and come out when it gets warm outside. The place is also falling apart, the cabinets are full of cracks and were filthy when we came. The drains for the shower and sink will also stop working randomly throughout the the day, and the bathroom ...will get this terrible sulfur smell from backed up drains. HORRIBLE
February 14, 2019Horrible place! We moved out because everything was outdated, filthy Including the pool. Ducks would Poop in the pool . Managers were never bothered and were unavailable after 5. Smoking was always an issue. Designated area right in the middle of the building! Disgusting and unhealthy place to live in.Review from Apartments.com
Cockaroaches, ants, bird infestation and more..
January 18, 2019We move out because of poor maintenance and neglectful manager! When our family finally move in suddenly I can see so many of ants and nymphs/adult cockaroaches running throughout our apartment. I even found 2 roach in my coffee cup one day when I opened the cupboard. Everything is very outdated and rusted too. Showers always ice cold. The pool is cold too and so dirty. I stop let my kids swim after finding used q-tip in water and pidgeons squatting and bathing in water.. these birds were ...everywhere living in the parking lot. Always so many bird droppings on car and floor. Manager not so good and don’t taking care of the apartment and tenants. Don’t live here even if cheaper!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
