Paid the $50 application fee, I made 3x the rent but because of not having a credit score I was told I needed a co signer. I got a co signer and my co signer was $10 off of making 3x the rent and so I was denied. denied bc my co-signer was $10 short of 3x the rent. when I am going to be the person paying the rent. But even then if my consigner had to be responsible $10 isn’t stopping anyone from paying the rent! if I had a 800-900 credit score i’d be getting a house not an apartment . Everyone ...

Are you a young couple looking to get out own your own? Do you make enough money to support yourself? Do you have a Co Signer with the stupidly HIGH standards this place has? Well then go ahead and apply to only have that money snatched away and denied. You may make the money which by the way is required to be 3x the rent. But if your credit score is even a point lower then 650 then they think you are less then dirt! STAY AWAY I was charged 63 dollars to place an application but since I don't ...
