TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
May 15, 2025To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing to report highly unprofessional conduct by the management at Hickory Farms Apartments, specifically Edward and Danielle. Throughout the application process, communication was nearly nonexistent. Edward used profanity in front of prospective tenants, and both he and Danielle openly mocked me for not understanding parts of the application. This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Attempts to escalate concerns are ignored, maintenance issues go ...unresolved, and I’ve heard multiple accounts of this property damaging tenants’ credit. MOVE ELSEWHERE
April 14, 2022I was wrongfully charged on my credit report by this company. I had 3 months left on my lease and I broke my lease June of 2017 and notified the apartments that I was moving due to being charged for extermination of bedbugs that came from the upstairs apartment. The maintenance guy at the time told me that the above apartment had a bedbug infestation and at the time I had a newborn baby and didn’t want him to be bitten by bedbugs. This company is trying to charge me more than $5K for this issue ...and has caused me a great deal of headaches with looking for someone else to stay. The absolute worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was super outdated and not worth what they’re trying to charge me!!!
