And always available for any questions you may have. Thank you, Melissa. And to the Regional Manager -- so wonderful too. As a former teacher, I would like to share an A+ with them. Years ago, I was a student at IUP. And my hope was to return someday to live in Indiana. I searched for a nice place. And then I ...found Hickory Meadow -- so charming, very well maintained. so quiet and peaceful. It was like a 'dream come true', to find such a pretty place to be. If you are looking for a charming townhome in a beautiful setting, try Hickory Meadow -- A wonderful place to call 'Home'. Thanks again to Melissa, the Best Manager I have ever met.
