The price you pay for your unit is definitely not reasonable.
In addition to the base rent, they will add on the water, gas, sewer, garage parking, cable/internet. and trash valet on top of that, which will add on about an extra $200.
Every year they go up $100 - $200 on the rent.
You will NOT be able to go with another cable/wifi company , they have a contract with Verizon so its mandatory that you use that specific one.
They only have one elevator in each building, the call box doesn't ...
work on occasion, as well as the garage entry , too often it gets stuck and stays open.
Last but certainly not least, they have roaches.
Move at your own risk.
