    Love living here so far. The staff has all been super friendly and made me feel welcome. Maintenance is easy to get ahold of. Location is great! not to far from many places but tucked far enough away you can't here a lot of traffic. Condition of the apartment was in good shape upon arrival.

    I absolutely love living at HC it’s a great community! The only reason I have it a 4 star is only wish it was a little cheaper and I feel like a few things could use a little updating but other then that a great place to live!

    Pretty good, the events have gotten a bit better. Snow removal has been pretty good during heavy snow fall. They seems to have a team do it in the morning, night and afternoon during heavy snowfall, which is needed with the hill turn in.
