Used to be great, but now, you’ll get a letter threatening eviction if you have a folding chair to sit outside, right outside of your and don’t remove it. Not bothering anyone or obstructing the walkway, but right by your door to enjoy sitting outside.

Love having a bike park right behind my apartment that I can walk and see the wonders of nature...seeing the animals, the reptiles and for having a hiking path nearby! Great neighbors.
