Simi Valley is a beautiful community that sits in the Simi Valley itself, in an area just to the southeast of Ventura County. The city has much to offer, including incredible weather, easy access to much of the Greater Los Angeles area, and numerous amenities. Apartments in Simi Valley, California, allow people to live in the heart of the city, in an area with a stunning park around just about every corner. Surrounding by the Simi Hills and Santa Susana Mountains, this community is ideal for outdoor lovers, but it’s also great for those who need to commute into the city for work or school.
Why live in Simi Valley, CA?
There’s quite a lot to love about living in Simi Valley apartments. That includes the green aspects of this community. Though it’s not a large city, it is home to 39 parks, many of which have walking trails, dog parks, hiking trails, and bike paths. There are also three golf courses managed by the city. There’s lots to do as well, including going to the movies or checking out one of the area’s landmarks like the Strathearn Historical Park and Museum and Grandma Prisbrey’s Bottle Village.
