No longer a good place to live.

Fair place to live until vetting standards were lowered. Major ordeal to get anything fixed. Only one rule enforced. That being payment of rent.

Not a safe place to live.

My wife and I have lived here two years now and this complex has steadily detreated from day one. The homeless are on the property day and night feeding out of the dumpsters and breaking into cars. The roofs are missing shingles and leak into the units. I can not recommend this complex to anyone.

Poor management

Once they have your deposit, rent and you have signed a lease they will no longer want to se you unless you are in the office to pay your rent. They will not repair the leaking roofs or old worn out plumbing. Do not rent from these people.
