August 18, 2025My experience at Hideaway North Scottsdale has been extremely disappointing. From the very first month, I reported a roach infestation that was never properly addressed—despite being told treatments had occurred, they never actually did. Maintenance issues are consistently left unresolved or falsely marked as completed. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic repairs done. The leasing manager is rude and condescending, and accountability is nonexistent. This is not a safe or ...well-managed community. I would never recommend living here.Property Manager Responded
