HELP I RENTED IN A AIRBNB AND DIDN'T KNOW IT.
January 3, 2026I just rented in this complex 4 weeks ago. They had a change of management in this time, but no one told me there are at least apartments rented out as Airbnbs. I have one on top of my apartment and 6 renters have come and gone in 4 weeks. There is no flooring insulation so I hear every step and creaking on the vinyl flooring which has no padding. I called the police last night when the new renters showed up at 2:30am stopping on the floor. I have complained to the management company and ...nothing has been done. From the very first month, I reported a roach infestation that was never properly addressed—despite being told treatments had occurred, they never actually did. Maintenance issues are consistently left unresolved or falsely marked as completed. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic repairs done. The leasing manager is rude and condescending, and accountability is nonexistent. This is not a safe or ...well-managed community. I would never recommend living here.Property Manager Responded
