August 28, 2025I’ve been living at High Point Uptown and overall, it’s been a good experience. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and very nice to live in. I also appreciate that the maintenance crew is responsive and does a great job, and the leasing office communicates well whenever something comes up. I feel safe living here, which is very important, and I like that they host community events that give you a chance to socialize and meet your neighbors. That said, there are a couple of areas ...that could be improved. The upkeep of the outdoor areas isn’t always the best, and the smell of dog urine sometimes makes it hard to enjoy my balcony. Noise from upstairs neighbors can also be a bit much at times. Overall, High Point Uptown has a lot of positives with spacious apartments, a good team, and a safe community, but I do think better attention to cleanliness and noise control would make it even better.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025The property management is great! However, the maintenance is horrible. I've put in request, and it takes months to get fixed, the hallway carpets are filthy, the elevator's always have issues, and during a storm we always loose electricity.Property Manager Responded
