Rent has skyrocketed even though everything about living here has declined. Landscaping is a joke now. Fined for everything l, not enough parking but will be towed if parked on the street at all. Over charged for water and gas. And just a complete lack of privacy and overstep by managment. They raised the rent $1200 in a year and did nothing to improve the area.

We have now lived here for a year and when searching for a place to live, we were pleasantly surprised at the convenience of this location in proportion to all the places to go and things to do in the area. We always felt safe. The roads stayed well maintained in winter. The apartment itself has nice upgrades through out, making it easily feel like home. We had two Maintenence requests when we first moved in- they were immediately addressed and never once had an issue. The management company ...
cares about your comfort and we Feel blessed that we are able to be a part of this location. Come check it out for yourself. The units have a garage which is another big bonus! And they are pet friendly! If I’m unhappy somewhere I will make it known. But if I am happy with a service or a company, I will also spread the word!

The good: Lots of space, good layouts, garage, storage, deck, bright rooms, easy commuting, nice maintenance guy.
The bad: overpriced for quality, few services (like, they don't plow driveways or walkways, you may pay for more utilities than you use - no separate water meters), maintenance issues (HVAC/appliances/fixtures), sewer smells in bathrooms, wet basements... Apartments have horrible noise issues. Conversations heard clearly through floors/walls, dogs barking Day and night and dog ...
waste all over, closing doors causes building to shake, zero privacy bc you hear (and feel)almost all activity. Construction seems very cheap judging by all this. It LOOKS nice but there are dorm rooms that are easier to live in. Definitely not luxury, as advertised.
