September 16, 2024The amenities are generally good. You have everything you need for a decent apartment. The first 2 years here were great. However later on the management started to fall behind and I could barely get email responses back. I had to chase fo 3 months to get my referral bonus. They took away the concierge as well, which has always been very helpful. The mail overflow rooms are wide open during office work hours (9-5) and literally anybody can walk in and get packages. Because of this, I lost my ...package costing $300. Highgate was NOT helpful at all, they said they will help look the surveillance but they don't even respond to my email/phone calls. I ended up filing a police report. At the end of the day, I think that was the reason I moved out because I just couldn't get enough help from the leasing office. That being said, the only thing I love about this apartment is the maintenance team. They are above the beyond.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
