    The amenities are generally good. You have everything you need for a decent apartment. The first 2 years here were great. However later on the management started to fall behind and I could barely get email responses back. I had to chase fo 3 months to get my referral bonus. They took away the concierge as well, which has always been very helpful. The mail overflow rooms are wide open during office work hours (9-5) and literally anybody can walk in and get packages. Because of this, I lost my ...
    package costing $300. Highgate was NOT helpful at all, they said they will help look the surveillance but they don't even respond to my email/phone calls. I ended up filing a police report. At the end of the day, I think that was the reason I moved out because I just couldn't get enough help from the leasing office. That being said, the only thing I love about this apartment is the maintenance team. They are above the beyond.

    I like the lobby, common area, club room and the pool. The leasing office staff is very helpful. It is fun to live here at highgate. The area surrounding the apartment complex is great too. There is a small park as well as a dog park here.

    Lot of issues. Car theft, car breaks, elevator malfunctions, sound pollution etc. It’s not the same experience as it used to be back when I first moved in.
