  • Don't rent here !

    February 7, 2026
They raised rent before doing any renovations. Then they added a collection of mandatory fees , that in no way benefit the resident. On top of that come the additional fees of the complex utilities they bill you for in addition to your own electricity bill, etc... It would be one thing if there was a working pool, an actual playground for the children to play safely in, and an actual basketball court not in the parkinglot we drive through. Also have a picnic area, not a made up one. This ...
complex is old and they are overcharging for what they offer and what it is. Not to mention the cockroaches, bedbugs, fruit flies and mice issues. The parkinglot is mostly dark and the parking stalls have been left unfixed. Old pipes and electrical wires, no pool, no hot tub, no picnic area, no real playground, unsafe parking stalls, and questionable security. Rent here if you want to sqander your money.

  • Still lazy management and clueless owners

    February 4, 2026
New owners take over and jack rent up for the dilapidated accomodations. Charge month to month fee and not give alternate choice of short term lease. Advertise pool when there is not and has not been a working one in years. Didn't bother fixing problems residents had, only had their goal in mind, regardless. Outright ignored problems residents brought forward. They exhibited no concern when residents became former residents after moving. That is, until enough of them leaving affected their bottom ...
line. It was only at that point, they had to be wondering why occupancy was so low. Cornerstone then started charging for the complex utilities in addition to their mandatory fees, and the residents own electricity bills. All the while not actually adding any usable amenities to the complex, only more fees. Lazy cornerstone residential, uninformed owners, and liabilities piling up. Cockroaches, bedbugs, fruit flies, and mice, are just a few issues at crestwood cove. Run elsewhere far away from this place. Save your money and put it into a newer location not managed by cornerstone residential llc.

  • Great!

    April 9, 2018
I lived here for a few months. They are great apartments. Good location. Close to the mountains and city for fun stuff to do. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

  • Really lazy management

    December 8, 2017
Manager doesn't take care of anything. People are smoking cigarettes and weed in the units, and she can't be bothered to even check the units to see who is doing it. Wouldn't be bad if they replaced her.

  • You will not get your deposit back

    September 6, 2017
I would've given them 4 stars but I can only give them one. The rent is fair for the apartment and they're not bad apartments at all. The manager is great she helped with everything she could, however the people who own the complex are terrible. I left the apartment in far better shape then when I moved in, considering the previous tenants didn't leave it in very good shape. And I've never had this problem in the past apartments I've lived in. I was given $20 of my deposit, and when I contacted ...
the owners twice about the issue they never responded to me. I would never live there again nor would I recommend them because of this.

  • Management is the worst I've ever experienced

    January 4, 2017
Management refuses to fix anything major even though they're legally required to. They give excuses and say "oh that's just how that works" and if you complain about problems with plumbing or heating/cooling or any other major repair, they charge you an insane amount of money just to come do the repairs they're legally required to do for their tenants. The apartment was disgusting when I moved in, I made it a home and left it in better condition. They painted the bathtub and for 2 years my child ...
was forced to bathe in water that had paint chips floating around her. They refused to fix it and wouldn't allow me to fix it either as it needed to stay the way they had it when I moved in. They took my deposit and had the audacity to charge me an additional $200 . The onsite manager is a joke of a human being. She acts like she has power and control but in reality, there is a third party management tier that is never seen nor heard. It's impossible to get any contact information for them and they're the ones that make all the real decisions. The management acts as criminals and take advantage of tenants. I was told my carpet would be replaced when I left and that I didn't need to get a carpet cleaning done or be charged for it, but the itemized report shows they're double charging me for damages that don't exist and I'm still being charged for the carpets. Management charges both the leaving tenant and new tenant for the same thing so they can reap more money. DO NOT LIVE HERE! These people will take your money and force you to live in unlivable conditions unless you pay big money.
