      Highlands Hills is the apartment community I'd hoped to find. I have a two bedroom two bath apartment. It is very large, and the price is fair. The leasing people are knowledgeable and truly nice folks. The residents are quiet. Maintenance is fast. Walking throughout with my little dog is a beautiful and pleasant way to end the day.

      Highland Hills has actually "exceeded my expectations," and I am happy to live here, the staff, and maintenance are consistently reliable, friendly, and very responsive. A new clubhouse is very nice and leads directly to one of two pools. When I first moved here it was so clean it felt like no one had even lived in my apartment before me. I continue to be impressed with the way the staff goes out of their way to make living here a pleasure, including being helpful during a recent complex wide ...
      paving project. I was able to be reassured that I could help with parking as well as with getting a "golf cart" ride if I needed it to get from the temporary space to my home. There are times when there are parties for residents or celebrations of staff which make it feel homey. They have an Alex's lemonade stand up in the office currently which allows us to donate to a cancer care cause. I like that they are willing to go that extra mile in so many ways, and intend to stay as long as I can.
