The buildings are very well designed and are well built and without squeaking floors. The neighbors are exceptionally friendly and quiet. There is essentially never any noise from neighbors during quiet hours. The office is attentive to issues and getting them repaired quickly and completely. March 10, 2025It is wonderful to be in such a peaceful, safe, and beautiful community at highland hills. My daughter and I left a really unsafe living situation previously and this is a dream in comparison. I'm grateful to call this home. The only thing I would change is the price because it is definitely the maximum for my budget and I am concerned that I will have to move if rent increases at my lease renewal in July.Property Manager Responded
