There is a Roach infestation here and there need to remodel these apartment. The staff is very professional but they need to repair and do a thoroughly cleaning and let people see the apartment before moving in I am high disappointed with my apartment. THEY NEED TO CLEAN UP AND FIX IT ASAP!!! WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE AFTER THIS YEAR!!!

They don’t fix nothing, roach problem is INSANE literally. You can’t get rid of them. Mold everywhere and you call them to fix something it’ll never get fixed. They are Rude and money hungry! Shooting outside your window almost every night while security is no where to be found! Rat problems also chewing through your cabinets getting in. It’s ridiculous. Ceiling falling in and water leaks everywhere

Currently living there . These are the worse apartments i ever seen! We been there 4 months. We have a bad roach problem that can’t be resolved they told us we have to call each week for them to Spray however if you know how bad the problem is or even come look why not just have them come every week without us calling . Spray didn’t do no justice then they told us we have to do more to kill them because they only can spray . We actually living with roaches ! 2nd we have a leak in the air ...
conditioning been calling for about two months nobody came until the other day after we called again . A lady said the wrk order been in but they closing the job out as if they did it he came looked and said I’ll be back never came back . The floor is full of water from the air conditioner we walking in water & it’s getting worse and it smells. But when u late on the rent they quick to come to your door with a note but can’t come fix anything it’s ridiculous

This company purchased a Lease Agreement for $19.95 from DIY Landlord Forms on July 24th. A few weeks later they did a chargeback for it even though the form was downloaded, printed and thus we assume used. This is the sort of company that refuse to pay out less than $20 for a service that they used. We attempted to contact them multiple times but never received a response.

I been over here 1year and 7 months and I have not had any problems until we got new staff over here they don't fix nothing on time you'll be waiting months before they come to do any fixtures or repairs and they have bug problems bad roaches,spiders,waterbugs and nice as well they are also discriminated security over here harassed you all the time and when go to the office they treat you right they always getting smart with they have zero respect at all I wouldn't recommend these apartments to ...

I love how close I am to my mother first off and the area and location have proven to be ideal for my work as a freelance photographer. The bedrooms are huge, closets are insane and I'm in my own little oasis when I'm outside on my spacious patio. It doesn't hurt also that I am within walking distance to shopping.

Despite financial hardship, I have lived in Highland Meadows for almost two years now and the location is perfect in distance to my family and my future in-laws. The staff has been more than understanding, the spacing is great and I'm minutes from work!
