Falling apart
August 31, 2023Built in 1940’s extremely thin walls you will have no peace or quiet here. Look somewhere else. These units are not livable. Writing this so no one has to go through what I have here. Management does not care.Review from Apartments.com
Dirty
July 26, 2019This is by far the worst apartment I lived in. When I moved in everything was broken and heat and hot water was supposed to be included in the rent but they didn’t turn on the heat AT ALL it was an icebox. Broken windows with no locks and no screens, bugs, and front broken door for about two months to where it would not even open. It has a high price tag for a project style apartment only about 500-600 sq ft for two bedroom very small and an old building . Don’t live here!!Review from Apartments.com
FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN, AND CONVENIENT
October 6, 2017My son took a short-term lease to attend Rutgers. The whole process went smoothly. Apartment was good size, clean, quiet area, and close enough to walk to stores and to the Rutgers transportation system. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and left us happy memories.Review from Apartments.com
Best Value
September 28, 2015When we first moved in I didn't realize the incredible value that we were getting. Not only from the amenities that were offered, but the friendly staff and property. The amount of money were are paying in comparison to the square feet was amazing. We have so much room in our 1bedroom apartment. You can't find anything else like it. The space is very unique to itself. I suggest you get in here as fast as you can.Review from Apartments.com
Just as I expected
December 18, 2013That's a clear, clean and safety garden as I expected. I am satisfied with living here.Review from Apartments.com
