Super All the Way Around
April 3, 2023The management team of Tripp and Shaumia, set the tone of a welcoming and well run apartment complex. Important to any property is maintenance. Led by Logan, you are in competent and friendly hands. Together, this line up has made my move back to AR easier. They are all always helpful, professional and outgoing, Highland Pointe Maumelle has good neighbors and is quiet. So far the only negative observation is that the property was not set up for easy moving as the parking is tight. However, the ...neighbors are patient and understanding. I'm looking forward to a long stay in my cozy apartment in this nice neighborhood thanks to great management, maintenance and neighbors.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Neighbors, Wonderful Managers
September 23, 2020Managers- I lived at Highland Pointe from 2012-2020, so I've gotten to know lots of staff at Highland Pointe over the years. We've had good managers and bad managers in that time, but I'm so glad I got to live there while Kendra and Thomas are in the office. They really brought back the sense of community that Highland Pointe was lacking from the previous managers. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are so very kind and friendly, and they make the mundane task of dealing ...with your lease renewals, etc. much more enjoyable. Seriously the most professional managers I've experienced during my 8 years here. Staff- I also wanted to take a second to say something about the maintenance man- James. He is a friendly face that you will see all over the property, because he is always working hard. He always stops to say hi or give my dogs a few pets (they LOVE him), and I have always been so impressed by his work ethic (even when he has to come over on a Sunday evening to fix an outlet). Safety- My husband used to work the night shift, so I was by myself quite a bit overnight and I was never scared or worried about being there. It felt extremely safe to me and my neighbors always became friends that had my back if I needed anything. Overall, except for a few questionable past managers, my experience at Highland Pointe was wonderful.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Community; Worst Management Ever
January 7, 2019I lived here for 2 1/2 years. (I just left in December 2018 and there had been amazing management when I had moved in.) People here are super friendly, the community is safe and comfortable and it has all the makings for a wonderful living experience. Unfortunately, then there’s the management; one word, Rude. I have lived in apartments for over 20 years and have never come across someone like Lakesha. She has an attitude about everything from asking her to look for your package to questions ...about rent and everything in between. They are currently trying to screw me over with my deposit.Property Manager Responded
