nightmare
January 5, 2024This apartment has been an utter disappointment, marking it as the worst place I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. The management's level of responsiveness is abysmal, and their primary focus seems to be extracting every possible penny from tenants. Our experience was nothing short of a living nightmare. During a week of winter, we found ourselves trapped in a damp space with water ominously leaking from the ceiling. Despite our efforts to bring the issue to their attention, the ...so-called solution they provided involved obtrusive drying equipment that made the entire ordeal even more unbearable. To make matters worse, out of the three bedrooms we were paying for, only one was usable during that time. The audacity of not compensating us for the immense inconvenience and discomfort we endured is simply outrageous.This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice before subjecting themselves to such an unresponsive and negligent environment.Property Manager Responded

A Nightmare
July 25, 2022I would give a 0-star review if I could. My friend and I moved into this apartment in August of 2021, the first week we didn't have cool water just scolding hot water. It took them a week to fix it, so we had to either burn our skin showering or go with no showers for a week. Eventually, my toilet started leaking from the bottom, I put in a request for it to get fixed. Someone came to fix it and a day later it started leaking again. This would cause massive puddles that would almost cover the ...whole floor. Fast forward 11 months later and 8 maintenance requests later it was still leaking. Eventually, I gave up and just put some towels around the bottom of the toilet. Not to mention that my bathroom smelled like dirty toilet water constantly... Fast forward to our move-out month, this apartment complex requires a 60 notice before you move out. They claimed to have sent both me and my roommate emails with the notice attached. I never got the email, looked through all my trash, spam, and junk, and never found it. My roommate got the email but he never checks his email. When did see it, he emailed the email address that was attached but it turns out it was to someone who was fired. So now we are forced to pay for the remaining 40 days. Now they are trying to charge us for carpet stains that were not caused by us. The old property manager that took us on the tour told us that they could replace the carpet and or just keep it and she would make a note in our profile that it was already damaged. Now the new property manager is trying to charge us 1,700 dollars to fix an issue that wasn't caused by us. Who knows what they did with the money from the tenets that caused the damages. I would highly not recommend this place. The apartments are sub-par and the staff is sub-par and condescending at times. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

The lease contract that we both sign, states that 60 days written notice is required and this is also outlined in your renewal letters. Worse Management
September 2, 2020When I moved in this apartments carpet was so dirty . They did not vacuumed or washed the carpet . I can see their hair on the carpet who lived before me. I tell management, the sad we professionally cleaned , they will still show me the receipt about cleaning. Also i have been waiting fixing the oven light for one month . Tashara was professional, and genuine, she gave the me information I needed. I went back a few days later and Tashara was there, greeted me by name.
