Nice apartment - Bad management
December 17, 2024Live here for multiple years. It was a great space that offered everything I needed: Indoor parking, in unit laundry, space to work from home. The downside, however, is that the leasing company continually raises rent with no justification (other than “inflation”) as we are stuck using old appliances and see 0 material improvement in living standards.Property Manager Responded

Good apartment- bad management
September 10, 2020Before I moved in, I had the worst experience with management. They repeatedly lost my files, they did my paperwork incorrectly, and the assistant to the owner is the rudest person of them all. The owner himself is very nice. I like my apartment, although it’s a bit pricey.Review from Apartments.com
