Decent Space
January 31, 2025It's a pretty nice space with quite a bit of square footage for the price. it seems to be really quiet and the other tenants stick to themselves. Maintenance is pretty quick to response when issues arise. A few downsides are that washer/dryers are only available in the larger units but are available in each of the building breezeways and a little costly. I think that some of the renovations were hastily done as my bathroom locks from the outside (could make a fun practical joke to lock someone ...into the bathroom) and light fixture fell out inexplicably this morning. But all in all, it's a pretty darn good place.Property Manager Responded
