My husband and I moved here in October of last year and it's been decent, just some things very questionable, they didn't show us the actual unit we'd be staying in when we first did the tour because it was still being worked on, the day we actually moved in the put us on the third floor when we have 2 children and the floor had a giant dip in it like a sink hole. Ofc roaches and they barely spray. Also there are lots of wasps on the third floor, paint job was atrocious there is paint everywhere ...
and there are no ceiling lights in any rooms which is extremely weird but hey??????? other than those things their alright.

Living at Highpoint Creek has been such a good experience for me. The community feels welcoming and the grounds are always well taken care of. I love having the pool, dog park, and fire pit right here. It makes it easy to relax or hang out with friends and neighbors. My apartment feels fresh and modern, and I really appreciate the extra touches like updated appliances and a roomy layout.
