July 3, 2025Don’t live here they don’t keep up with maintenance. They’ll hound you down for rent, but they won’t come and do a maintenance issue that needs to be fixed or they won’t answer the phone. I called 12×12 times no one answer the phone and they are just sitting in there in the office is terrible. I walk in and they’re just sitting there like you could leave. 2025 update
June 16, 2025I’ve been living in this community since March of 2022. While there were some challenges in the past—especially during the elevator outage—I can honestly say that things have taken a complete turn for the better under the new management. Since Joseph (Property Manager) and Kimberly (Assistant Manager) have stepped in, I’ve seen noticeable and immediate improvements. They are both incredibly personable, approachable, and always take the time to address any concerns I bring up. Their presence has ...made a real difference—not just in how the property looks and feels, but in how it’s managed overall. There have been upgrades around the complex, from office and pool furniture to a clear focus on maintaining the grounds better than before. I genuinely appreciate the effort they’re putting into making this a better place to live. I even enjoy stopping by the office just to say hello—they make residents feel heard and valued. I’m truly satisfied and optimistic about what’s to come. Thank you, Joseph and Kimberly, for the positive changes and the care you’re bringing into this community. Great Experience

Headache waiting to happen
June 18, 2024Highpoint at Cypresswood has been the worst apartment living experience I have had. I have had nothing but issues since moving in February. From the office gaslighting me regarding a plumbing issue that has taken two weeks to fix, to the bug problem they seem to always have, it is a never-ending headache living here. Air conditioning
July 28, 2023Today is the 4th time I have had to report Luke warm air conditioning in 6 weeks. When it’s “fixed”, the temp is where it should be, regardless of the heat outside being over 100. But it now has been 4 times that I have had to report this issue… can’t these guys get this right? Makes me regret signing a new lease!!! The emergency number doesn’t apply after office hours apparently, as no one responded at all last night, and sleeping was really fun with an apt over 80!! Honest Review from Current Resident
November 16, 2021The apartment itself is nice, the maintenance crew has always been prompt to respond. The apartment itself is spacious and nice. The amenities compared to comparable apartments are mediocre honestly. The main issue is the drug problem. Hallways and Elevators consistently smell like skunky weed. The smell even creeps in the apartments themselves. Living with a child I approached management about the issue of coming home to an apartment constantly smelling of weed. The response was this was a ...resident issue that needed to be handled by the resident and authorities. The complex has both a drug policy in place and a non smoking policy in place but their stance is this is an issue for the resident to address. I would not recommend this complex as it is on the decline. The part of town as a whole is on the decline.
