Do Not Rent Here
April 17, 2024My unit got broken into the first night I was there. They did not care and the cameras they have up do not work. The laundry was out of commission for almost a year. Then when it was open again, the machines were card only and they didn't work half the time but would still charge you. They did not take care of the units. My AC went out and it took them over a month to replace it when it was the middle of summer. Their response was well we are working on it. They didn't have it fixed until I ...said I was not paying rent until it was fixed. Did not tell you when pest control was showing up so you could prepare for them. If you try to break your lease, you'll get a $1,000 fee for leaving and they won't accept your move out request until it is paid. The management is awful and are never in the office or answering the phones or email. Takes them about a week to email you back and you'll never get a call back.
