Superior 55+ Community in Hillcrest close to Ralphs
September 1, 2021My mother lived here in her final yr. very nice area, Essex St. just South of University Ave. between Park Blvd. and 163 Freeway. All Flat, easily walkable. As I said above close to Ralph's but also close to Whole Foods, many resturants, banks... Major bus lines are there within short city blocks. Apartment itself is 500 sq. ft. nice for a one bedroom with small but workable kitchen, walk-in closet in bedroom, wall A/C, small balcony or patio. The 2 bedroom has 2 baths and pretty large at 800 ...sq.ft. same small but workable kitchen, A/C, no balcony. Some underground parking and some surface parking, elevator, on-site laundry.
