Why own when you can live here
March 21, 2026Once again, Sue and Bob and the team at Hillcrest Terrace went above and beyond. I think about the burden if I owned a home and if I had to replace my appliances when a small mall-function occurs. It’s great living here for many other reasons and when and if there’s an issue and we report it or you make a call, it’s like that someone appears or calls to rectify the issue. They are prompt and most often in our case within the hour of the call. Our fridge issue is being resolved and even though ...the temporary solution failed and our food spoiled, as soon as we reported the temp fridge is also busted, they came through once again with another temp fridge plus a gift card to replace the groceries that unfortunately spoiled overnight. Why own a home when you can live here? Sometimes it’s not about what happens, but how you’re made to feel when something happens and right now we’re both feeling grateful and don’t feel burdened but instead very happy with the outcome.
