July 2022 Update: We are completely booked out for the summer moving season. We do not currently have any known availability (1BR or 2BR) through the summer months. We thoroughly appreciate your interest in living at Hilldale Towers, and hope to be a future Madison home for you. We will begin taking applications for 2023-24 in December 2022, so please apply (at no cost or obligation) then. Since we are currently 100% full, and do not wish to disturb our current guests, we are not scheduling in-person tours at this time. Hilldale Towers, a Madison, Wisconsin apartment community, has been a well-cared for family-owned property since it was built. We believe in providing an excellent home for our residents, as well as supporting the Hilldale community. We take pride in offering our residents a quiet, comfortable, and friendly environment at an affordable price. Great place to live
August 12, 2021I've lived in many apartments over my 6 years in Madison and this has far and away been my best experience renting. Not only for what you get for your money, but also for the quality and attention of the maintenance and leasing office staff (including and especially you, Brooke!). Best Place We've Lived

Wonderful Place
February 8, 2017Located in the great neighborhood of HIlldale, this apartment complex is a standout(even if it is outdated). They provide free internet and satellite TV(hundred bucks saved right there) as well as heat. The staff is always very pleasant and nice to chat with. The living room and bedroom are much larger than other complexes I looked at before deciding to move here. It is dangerous having Target and the HIlldale Mall walking distance away, as I end up always finding something to buy.Review from Apartments.com
Fantastic
December 10, 2016This property is fantastic in all aspects, from the incredibly friendly office staff {Mr. Ron is amazing}, the maintenance staff, other tenants...it truly feels like home! The apartments are great, from the size to quality...feel more like a home than an apartment! The location is unbeatable, it's walking distance to the Hilldale Shopping Center, 2 farmers markets, and a number of bus stops! So much to walk to, that in warmer months of course, a car isn't much needed! It's close enough to campus ...to get there quickly but far enough away you aren't stuck in all the hustle and bustle of campus life! Quiet convinient place
July 21, 2015The apartment is a little old but comes with many free amenities. It has free satellite TV, and free high speed internet It also has a pool area and a common room to use and friendly staff. It is located in walking distance to a large shopping area and you could manage without your own vehicle. It is close to two farmers market that open twice a week .If you are looking for a quiet place but have easy access to the downtown and the main campus this is a great place to be.
