I moved in 3 years ago and had some great experiences to start with office staff including friendly interactions with maintenance . The maintenance would even tell me to request them by name if I had any difficulties. The biggest issue I had was lots of internet issues, but the office staff always had good communication. hear feedback before leaving. It often took 4-5 calls and back and forth for maintenance to get resolved and often times I submitted maintenance requests and called when trash bins around the facility weren’t entered. Safety became a big concern as well with at least 4 opportunities where the gym was significantly damaged, multiple times I heard gunshots and one time guns we’re found in vehicles on the property following many cars being broken into. The pools were also barely opened because people took glass into the pools, one was under maintenance for the first half of the summer and there was very limited communication about anything that happened. Office staff was nice in person but if you need to talk to them you have to keep calling until you get a hold of someone because I never got a call back for any of my questions. You can easily find somewhere better to live.
