Not as advertised!
February 27, 2024This complex is not as advertised. Its in disrepair. The stairs leading to the second floor apartments is in such bad shape you can see through the steps. They are metal staircases that are completely rusted out. The so called dog play area is nothing but a section of grass that is so filled with dog poop you can't walk there. The dumpsters are always filled and overflowing so that trash is continuously blowing all over the property. The tennis/basketball court is full of weeds and the fence ...is all rusted out. The appliances inside the apartments are old and only get replaced with other used ones when they break down. Rents have been increasing twice a year and no improvements to the apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
