Named after the topography of the property, Hillside Place presents a modern farmhouse style exterior including a partial stone front, private individual entrances, patio, and attached garages. The community is comprised of 12 buildings, with two to six homes in each building depending on the design. Our residences are 1140 square feet designed with various lifestyles in mind. Each 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome is furnished with beautiful, easy to maintain LVT flooring throughout.
