This morning, I just ran into another wonderful senior citizen moving into our community! So I guess the secret is out- Hillside is a wonderful place to live! I love my porch area, early morning and early evening birds singing. My shower has safety rails and is easy to step into. My kitchen has lots of plug ins. The bbq and pool area courtyard is a perfect place to walk or to sit and enjoy being outside. The community room is clean and inviting with coffee or tea and tv, computers, library, ...

exercise and laundry room, and the office where you’ll find the most helpful and endearing yet professional people that makes you feel so welcomed. Veronica, the excellent office manager is very approachable and available, Raven, the leasing professional , amazes me with her attention to details and work ethics. Tonya, the area supervisor, even assisted with my lease making the tedious process much smoother, and made me feel so welcomed! The community is quiet. Like many companies & buildings, it is still recovering from COVID era and the outside is scheduled to be power washed, but the apartments on the inside are clean and feels like home. My mobility scooter can fit in the kitchen, bathroom and all over the unit. The shower puts out good water pressure without it being too much or too little. The air conditioning and the heat are individually controlled so I love being able to make it comfortable for me. I really love that all utilities are included!!!!! And there is a lot of parking. And Aldi’s grocery, Honey Baked, Asian Resturant, & MVA is right down the street. I see busses for adult daycare come in the community where some people may go during the day I think. I see Kings Laundry picks up and drops off laundry from here even though we have a nice laundry room here. And grocery stores deliver here right to your door if you need that. I love sitting in the living room looking out of the floor to ceiling window. My porch is my happy place! Hillside offers much more than other senior places in my opinion. So if you are looking for a nice senior citizen place to live- you may just find it here- Tell them Denise sent you and I’ll get a credit!

This is a really nice senior citizen community for seniors who can live independently. Best deal in town with all utilities- free parking-porch. Residents are friendly. Aldi grocery is in walking distance. Lots of room to walk your small dog around and stretch. Nice porch or patios. Coffee and cookies in AM!

The leasing staff is rude. They gossip about the tenants to one another. They don't fix things in a timely manner or even at all. They act like you are bothering them when you need assistance. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I love living at Hillside Apts. We have all utilities included. There are fewer places that offer this. As seniors, it is important for most of us to know exactly how much we are spending each month. The kitchens are big with a lot of counter space and cabinets. The living room has huge floor to ceiling windows. I love the large showers. I love the double doors leading to the bedroom. I love the built in book shelf and the coat hanger by the door. I especially love my front porch area. We all ...

have porches or a patio. It is very nice living here. We are all older and civil and friendly to one another. The newer manager, Ms Bangura, the Assistant Manager, Ms Brewah and Christian, our maintenance supervisor seem to work very hard to address any needs that we have. Hillside Senior Apartments is a very nice place to live.

Really nice apts for seniors. Grocery store (Weiss Grocery)and Exxon across the street. Next to I95 and Frederick Road. All utilities makes it very attractive. Pleasant. Could be better with washer/dryer in units, but then again I am not willing to pay extra for puffed-up stuff I don’t really need. Laundry room in main building so you need to take laundry there (bummer alert). But the laundry room is quite nice and very comfortable. Gym is nice. Computer room and courtyard is very nice. Swimming ...

pool is huge. Sprinklers inside each apt in case of any fire and easy access to outside.

Clean and Very Affordable for Seniors

I love this place. Clean! Super nice residents. I like the big community area. The resident library is quiet. There is also a Computer Center for us residents. I love how people put door decor on the their doors (makes things so lovely here) and some even have flowers and pretty chairs outside their units. Quiet evenings. Apartments are spacious-big showers. Windows are large.My dogs are so happy!
