I've lived here for many years and not much of an improvement has been made. Many times my vehicle has been towed. Cars will double park in the cul-de-sac and never get towed. Cars will be parked in the same spot for weeks or parked on the curb and never be towed. Kids who are unsupervised, have pulled plants out, destroyed the laundry rooms, throw rocks at the vehicles parked on the street. fix the bathroom floor. This place used to have security cameras and guards and closed gates.. now it has none of the following. My rent has been raised multiple times since MACC Project has taken over. No one can park by the office after 5pm, or before 9am or on the weekends or your vehicle will be towed even if you are handicap. Every single office staff member, will have no regards to human feelings. This is a low income apartment and they know everyone's income source and yet still have no sympathy when it comes down to towing ones vehicle. I'm still here cause I'm a single parent with 3 kids and one has severe autism and can't afford anywhere else.
