Horrible place to live.
April 18, 2018First problem is you can never get a hold of anyone, wether you call or send an email. 2nd there are constant power outages 3rd they had a bed bug problem in several apartments and didn't warn anyone and got mad when we did. 4th it's impossible to get them to fix anything, like the intercom, dishwasher, laundry room dryer and lights, and when the heat went out it took a ridiculously long time to get it fixed. 5th there has been a squirrel in the roof for the last 3 months and they said they ...couldn't do anything about it. 6th the there are quite a few nosiy and obnoxious tenants who leave the building smelling like pot. The fact that they never responded to our 30day notice of leaving should tell you something. Please if you value your sanity do not live here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
WORST APARTMENTS EVER, do NOT live here.
March 6, 2018This place is a complete and utter nightmare. If you want to have a 24/7 migraine and never be able to contact anyone EVER to get anything fixed, then by all means, rent here. The building and its outdoor surroundings are FILTHY, they never clean or maintain anything and the residents just toss cigarette butts all over the ground. Most people do not pick up after their dogs, snow was rarely plowed, and they never picked up leaves in the Fall so they became moldy and disgusting. The maintenance is ...HORRIFIC; they will never come to repair anything, and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone at the management office. They never answer the phone and are never at the office. Our dishwasher was broken when we moved in and the entire year we have lived here, they NEVER came to fix it. They were dishonest with our lease terms too. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. The people are strange; they scream and get drunk all hours of the day and night. Please save yourself from this terrible experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
