About Hilltop Senior Village
Thank you for your interest in Hilltop Senior Village. Hilltop Senior Village is an Independent Living tax credit community for senior adults 55 and older. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in a 3 story building with elevators or ranch style cottages with your own entrance. The cottages offer washer/dryer connections. In the midrise, we have laundry facilities. We pay for water, trash and sewer throughout our community. In the midrise we include gas heat. There is an application fee of $25.00. Our security deposit is $300.00 and the pet deposit is $300.00. The rent is not based on your income; however we do have income guidelines that must be met. Currently our one bedroom apartments are between $882 and $1116. Our two bedroom apartments are between $1058 and $1339 per month. NOT BASED ON INCOME.

February 8, 2024Worst place I ever lived Bad experience with office, staff and residence. The public areas areas in phase 2 are dirty, nasty bugs from roaches, bedbugs are running rampant here. Run don’t walk away from this place.Review from Apartments.com
