My elderly mother lives in this apartment building for 7 years. In all that time I have seen quick responses to any maintenance requests. The halls and public areas are also well maintained. There is always a friendly doorman in the lobby to greet everyone, and ready to help the residents with bags, strollers and walkers get up the stairs. This building is home to people of all ages, families, business professionals as well as elderly residents. The lobby area is lovely, a beautiful entry ...
into this stately older building. Yesterday I witnessed an employee helping my mothers elderly visitor with her walker, offering his hand to help her down the stairs, and a kind, patient smile. This level of service is hard to find, and the reason I feel my mother is safe here.
