After painstakingly going thru all residential options prior to moving, we took a chance based on recommendations from a friend who said “if you’re going to move to GR, move to Eastown.” He was right...this neighborhood is littered with shops, breweries, restaurants, etc. Best of all, Kingsley Building was beyond what we expected. Everyone has been friendly and welcomed us to the area. The apartments are clean and spacious. Walls are thick ...enough where we don’t hear neighbors. Repairs (although minimal) have been quick.
